Our New Backyard

For the last month of so, we have making a point to hit the beach every weekend. Being mostly settled at home, we are spending our time exactly how we please, playing in the warm waves and trying out some new water sports. Last weekend, some friends brought out their stand up paddle boards and let us have a go.

Let’s just say, we are hooked!

We played, fell off, chased each other and got a decent little shoulder workout in the meantime. Next stop is to research some good beginner boards!

And getting myself a decent waterproof camera because I have a feeling hanging out in the water is going to be a regular thing.
